Our organic oat gruel is made exactly for this: a soothing, easily digestible meal that supports the gastrointestinal tract and aids regeneration - for example with diarrhoea, vomiting, gastritis or general digestive problems.

Our organic oat flakes come directly from an artisanal organic baker in the neighbouring village. The oats are freshly ground there gently and without heating - and thus differ fundamentally from industrially produced, often thermally treated flakes. This way, significantly more natural vital substances are retained.
