Meat juicing is a special way of preparing fresh meat that has its origins in the kitchen and not in the animal feed industry. It was modelled on techniques often used by top chefs to make meat tastier and healthier thanks to the meat juices.

In meat juice cooking, fresh meat is cooked in a vacuum at a low temperature using only its own meat juices. After a long cooking time, during which the moisture in the meat juices is slowly reduced, the Click-Bits Snacks are created.
